how to book
Go to the 'Purchase a Reading' page (click ---------------------> purchase-a-reading ) and select the reading type, add it to your cart and when you proceed to check out, a 'Request a Booking' form will appear. Select your preferred day and time in the "Request a Booking' form and Deb B (or her team) will respond via email within 48 hours to provide availability as closely matched to your request as possible.
IMPORTANT: Payments and bookings are required at minimum, 48 hours in advance. Where the waiting list is longer than 48 hours, you will be notified in the confirmation email.
preparing for your reading
IN PERSON - You are welcome to use a voice recording app on your mobile phone to record your reading with Deb B. Please ensure that you have downloaded a suitable app prior to your appointment.
You are welcome to take photographs of any cards used during the course of your Psychic Reading.
If you are having a Mediumship Reading 'in person' with Deb on the Gold Coast, Australia, you are welcome to bring an item that belonged to your Loved One or a photograph of your loved one. If you bring a photograph, please hand it to Deb face down so that she does not see the photograph until after your reading is completed. The use of items or photographs is known as psychometry. It can be very helpful to enable Deb to summon the person or people that you would most like to hear from by connecting to their energy through the item.
payments, Cancellations & Refunds
Payments for 'online' readings are required at minimum 48 hours prior to the reading. To make your payment go to the 'Purchase a Reading' page on this website.
Cancellations made up to 48 hours prior to a scheduled 'online' reading may receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a late cancellation fee of up to 50% of the payment made.
In the rare event that Deb B is completely inaccurate in both the past and present portions of a Psychic Reading, a future reading will not be provided and a full refund will be granted.
In the rare event that neither friends nor family known to the recipient of a Mediumship Reading are present, then a full refund will be granted.
All predictions related to the future portion of a Psychic Reading are likelihoods and probabilities only and are not subject to a refund.
